  37. Amiga   Technologies  GmbH  and  Eagle
  38. Computer Products GmbH have arranged a
  39. mutual  licensing  agreement, allowing
  40. Eagle Computer Products to immediately
  41. offer  customers  the  EAGLE  4000  TE
  42. computer   with  the  original  A4000T
  43. Motherboard.

  45. The  product  will display the quality
  46. brand   "AMIGA   based"   whereby  the
  47. customer   is   insured   the  quality
  48. standard   of   a  genuine  Amiga  OEM
  49. product.

  51. The  product will be marketed by Eagle
  52. Computers Products in the very popular
  53. XENON   design   Tower   casing.   The
  54. interesting  part  of the agreement is
  55. that  the  customer  can determine the
  56. equipment within the Tower itself.

  58. The  agreement is solely for the Tower
  59. casing  (with  230  W  power  supply),
  60. Mouse,    Keyboard,    System   Disks,
  61. Manuals,  Motherboard,  Floppy  Drive,
  62. 2MB  ChipRAM  and  4  MB FastRAM.  The
  63. announced price totals 2720 DM.

  65. Other   accessories  like  Hard  Disk,
  66. additional   FastRAM,  choice  of  CPU
  67. Board,  Graphic  cards  etc.   can  be
  68. integrated  for  the customer of Eagle
  69. Computers if desired.

  71. In  addition  Eagle  Computer Products
  72. offer  customers  the  possibility, to
  73. part  exchange  an  A1200  against the
  74. purchase a new Eagle 4000 TE.

  76. UK  customers  can  obtain  any of the
  77. products  produced  by  Eagle Computer
  78. Products   from   their  exclusive  UK
